There are no refunds for paid workshops, calls, classes, digital products, courses, and/or webinars. Rescheduling private services or workshops can be requested 72 hours in advance and additional fees may apply. If cancelling can not be avoided, please contact carleen@kickassmarketingandcreative.com for options on how to reschedule, or options to use the credit on your account.
