We will review current marketing assets and initiatives, including your website, and map out strategies to achieve your revenue and reach goals in your first 90-Day Action Plan. Step 1: We discuss where you are with strategies, assets, and needs. Step 2: We discuss your revenue goals for 2026, whether they are a firm overall number, ballpark by product/service, or you're guesstimating. But we have to talk money. We have to know the target to effectively help you connect the dots from where you're at to where you want to go. Good thing is, your Action Plan is a living breathing document that we revisist monthly, and will adjust if needed as we learn and make progress. Step 3: We start right in the meeting, putting together your 90-Day Action Plan, which is also a living document. Step 4: We review what the monthly meeting will look like, how to put in a Hot Ticket in between meetings and how/when to purchase additional packages/services.
