Step 1: You fill out a quick Q & A providing me some background about your business and goals for your website and what job you need this content to do. You provide me with your SEO content strategy either existing or we use the one we have previously created together. I review this information and roughly map out a strategy for our content interview session.

Step 2: 30-Minute Prep Call so we can confirm how your content goals will meet your business’s revenue and reach goals. We finalize the 10/20 Keyword phrases to assign to each page/post of content in your pack. You can ask me any questions about the process.

Step 3: I provide you with an interview cheat sheet for each 6-8 minute mini interview for each page/post of content. This is 10 or 2 based on the pack you purchased. These questions allow us to bake in the 5% SEO language the search engine robots go crazy over, and that way the other 95% is the content that is your genius in your voice which is what customers love.

Step 4: During your session we record back-to-back 6-8 minute mini interviews. I ask you the questions from your cheat sheet to guide you so that you can just talk like you normally talk about your business.  No pressure to be perfect. No need to rehearse. It doesn’t matter if you mess up or repeat yourself, etc. The more natural and organically you talk about your business the better the results. Then I use my marketing chops to weave you back to the topics, go more in depth on details your buyers would be interested in and make sure we are on task with capturing the content we need to fire up your readers to engage and convert them into revenue.

Step 5: You get back to crushing your business while I pump the transcriptions of your interviews through my Kickass Content Machine that uses the support of some AI editing and proofing tools to whip our interviews into googlicious content ready to be uploaded to your website.

Step 6: In 2 weeks, you receive the content all buttoned up and ready to upload to your site. However, these documents are completely editable by you.
